CLOSING POLICY
We begin taking orders at 11am and stop taking orders at 4pm. During the summer (mainly beautiful weekends) it is necessary to enforce our closing time by cutting off our line (when the line is 30-45 min long) No one is kicked out of the line, simply we don’t let anyone else join in. This is often done by our line closer, Frank the Tank. He will stand out by our entrance with our CLOSED sign letting cars know as they pull in. We are often cooking well after 4pm once the line has all ordered, which is why it is necessary to manage it. Before making a long drive to come see us, please note the time and we always encourage customers to come early on weekends! Other days when there is no line, you are welcome to come right up to the window and place your order up until 4pm. You can also try calling ahead to get an update (413) 717-5958
This closing policy is non negotiable and has been in place for 10+ years. Please respect our rules, our mental health & our employees. Angry messages will not be responded to as we focus on the happy customers that wait in line all day. Thanks for your understanding & we look forward to seeing you soon!
